• You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers who use your unique promo code.
• Commission rates and payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement or communicated to you upon acceptance into the program.
• We reserve the right to change the commission terms at any point

5. Payment:

• Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payments will be made via Unified Payments, a service provided by Refersion, provided you have reached the minimum payment threshold.

6. Prohibited Activities:

• You agree not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices when promoting our services/venues.
• You may not use your advocate links for your own purchases or to earn commissions on purchases made by yourself or your immediate family members.

7. Compliance with Laws:

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing advocate marketing activities, including but not limited to FTC guidelines.

8. Termination:

• We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Bellagala Advocate Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our advocate links and banners to promote our products/services.

9. Modification of Terms:

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

10. Limitation of Liability:
